Working for over 20 years in HR within the Financial Services industry across the Asia Pacific, our founder, George Akle, has built a wealth of expertise and experience in all aspects of HR. His twenty years plus in Human Resources has seen him lead many reorganisations, restructurings and strategic builds and rebuilds of the Human Resources function. This has given him an unrivalled in-depth knowledge of how HR fits together and of what works and what doesn’t work within an HR function.


In his most recent role, George had primary responsibility for HR Governance, Performance Management and Compensation for 16 countries across the Asia Pacific, delivering Global, Regional, and Country specific Human Resources Strategic guidance and solutions to all functions within the HR structure.
